Supports the Finance team by managing accounts payable and receivable, vendor records, invoices, purchasing, payments, cash balancing, bank deposits, childcare billing, collections, and supply inventory. The role also handles tax documentation, credit card accounts, vendor relationships, financial postings, and daily cash operations while collaborating with departments and assisting with finance projects.

Greet members and guests, control facility access, monitor entrances for safety, notify staff of issues or deliveries, follow emergency procedures, and maintain required trainings.
