Lead and mentor the accounting team for oil & gas client portfolios. Oversee monthly close, revenue/expense review, NRI & WI calculations, reconciliations, JIB review, 1099s, property tax reporting, EnergyLink/CDEX data management, client onboarding, and process improvement to ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting.

Lead a team of oil and gas accountants to manage client assets, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, validate production and pricing, prepare monthly joint interest billings and journal entries, oversee onboarding and projects, analyze revenue and expenses, and handle 1099 and property tax reporting while maintaining client communication.
