Perform and lead audits of client revenue portfolios and team work for accuracy; produce monthly client revenue reports; reconcile deposits and 1099s; prepare and process monthly joint interest billings and related journal entries; review charges, calculate property allocations, and categorize/upload non-operating JIBs. Provide feedback and corrective actions to ensure consistency and accuracy across client portals and team outputs.

Perform data entry and hand-key revenue checks, reconcile deposit statements, follow company accounting standards, support special projects, and maintain confidentiality and accuracy under deadlines.

Manage and direct title-related tasks and client onboarding for mineral and royalty accounts. Supervise a small team, produce and audit client reports, assess client portals, implement corrective actions to ensure accurate ownership records, and maintain client confidentiality and relationships.
