Drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, collaborating with sales and design teams, and training junior sellers. Conduct market research, present proposals, and ensure sales and profit goals are met while representing company products and competitive position.

Performs inspection, certification, repair, and testing of HEPA filters and cleanroom devices at customer sites. Records test data, maintains tools/equipment, follows contamination control and cleanroom practices, and may perform NSF/EM/compressed air testing after training.

Travel to client sites to perform hands-on calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and documentation of dimensional, electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical test equipment in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical and biotech environments. Maintain procedures and records, support audits, resolve equipment malfunctions, and provide technical customer support while growing internal calibration capabilities.

Field-based role performing laboratory and cleanroom environmental monitoring (viable/non-viable air sampling, surface sampling, particle counting, cleanroom certification), plus equipment operation, sample handling, basic preventive/corrective maintenance, calibration/validation support, ALCOA+ documentation, and customer communication. Training provided; occasional regional and national travel required.
