Procurement Engineer responsible for sourcing and project procurement for packaging and tissue equipment. The role develops cost-efficient supply plans, manages budgets, purchase orders, suppliers, negotiations, contracts, delivery expediting, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include estimating component costs, evaluating suppliers, analyzing market prices, resolving welding issues, and meeting delivery, quality, and cost KPIs. The position requires a mechanical engineering degree, engineering drawing knowledge, relevant procurement experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Plans and coordinates production activities, including preparing job folders and production orders, maintaining BOMs and routings in Infor LN, scheduling work based on customer needs and capacity, managing material requirements and shortages, monitoring job progress, and escalating delivery risks. Collaborates with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Sales while supporting continuous improvement of planning processes and ERP utilization.

Leads the North American After Sales business for the Filtration Technology Unit, overseeing strategy, revenue and margin growth, customer satisfaction, manufacturing operations, budgets, pricing, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Manages customer escalations, service negotiations, staffing plans, safety, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Coaches and develops employees while traveling domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
