Leads Valmet’s North American Automation PPS Regional Services organization, overseeing service managers, field teams, and project managers. Drives profitable growth, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, service delivery quality, revenue, margins, and financial performance. Establishes service standards, manages budgets and forecasts, pursues new service opportunities, monitors project performance, implements global processes, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Requires progressive leadership experience in industrial automation or service operations and travel throughout North America.

Lead plant engineering discipline for global pulp, paper, bioenergy, and circularity projects. Coordinate plant layout and piping design, guide technical design and installation, review documentation, and manage schedules, budgets, resources, procurement quantities, and multidisciplinary reviews. Support customer-site installation remotely and on location, while contributing to process improvements. Requires extensive process-industry piping design experience, engineering education, knowledge of design standards, E3D/PDMS, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and fluent Swedish and English.
