Coordinate and manage global training programs: schedule classes, maintain inventory and paperwork, handle registrations, quotes, invoices, KPI tracking, Infor LN service orders, and coordinate service/training documentation.

Support and improve manufacturing and production processes for gas chromatography analyzers. Design assembly and test fixtures, perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations, submit change requests, update drawings, perform CAD modeling, and collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Field Service to ensure product reliability and hazardous-area compliance.

Responsible for driving Automation Systems sales within the Pulp and Paper industry across the USA Northeast. Build and manage customer relationships, identify market opportunities, execute strategic sales initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical support and customized solutions, and report market insights to product and R&D teams. Will travel within the territory and must hold a valid driver’s license.
