Lead and coordinate the full grant lifecycle for institutional funding: prospect research, proposal and report development, award administration, compliance, stewardship, renewal planning, cross-department coordination, CRM maintenance, and continuous improvement of grants systems and processes.

Lead recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and fundraising for donor circles (Pathway to Impact, Tocqueville). Build strategic donor engagement plans, manage event execution and program budgets, collaborate on performance reporting, and support special projects to meet fundraising goals and donor retention metrics.

Support implementation of the Quality First Scholarships program: onboard and train childcare providers and families, verify monthly financial reports for reimbursement compliance, provide customer service (including Spanish speakers), coordinate with internal teams, and assist with reporting and minor travel/evening trainings.
