Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, maintain front desk files, calendars, invoices, inventories, and office supplies; support administrative tasks and cross-train to increase organizational efficiency.

Manage a portfolio of ~150 corporate accounts to grow workplace giving, sponsorships, volunteer engagement, and leadership gifts. Lead and train Loaned Executives for concentrated outreach, prioritize opportunities using data, cultivate high-potential prospects, maintain donor records in CRM, deliver presentations, and collaborate across teams to meet fundraising goals.

Process and reconcile corporate, individual, and non-traditional revenue; manage corporate campaign activities and donor accounts; resolve payment/pledge issues; maintain partner relationships; assist with invoicing, data analysis, and cross-functional projects to support organizational revenue goals.
