Greets and checks in patients, registers demographic and insurance information, schedules appointments, manages provider calendars, verifies coverage, collects payments, answers calls, supports forms and records, and maintains an organized reception area. The role requires patient confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, collaboration with clinical teams, and compassionate bilingual English-Spanish communication.

Supports the implementation, administration, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EHR systems. Provides end-user training, workflow guidance, technical support, testing, configuration, reporting, and documentation improvement. Serves as a liaison among users, IT, vendors, and stakeholders while supporting compliance, data confidentiality, system updates, and process improvement. Requires healthcare workflow knowledge, EHR experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and travel between locations as needed.
