Lead the full grants lifecycle: research funders, write proposals and reports, manage compliance and calendars, track funding and metrics, maintain donor and grant records in CRM, collaborate with leadership, finance, marketing, and events, and cultivate donor and community relationships to support fundraising initiatives.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for outpatient behavioral health: manage client check-in, update EMR demographics, verify funding, collect and reconcile payments, schedule appointments, coordinate with billing/insurance, input assessment scores, complete documentation, communicate with multidisciplinary teams, and follow agency documentation and regulatory standards.

The Case Manager provides psychosocial rehabilitative services, supports clients in achieving care plan goals, and ensures compliance with standards. Responsibilities include documentation, productivity expectations, medication distribution, and client transportation.

Perform routine revenue cycle billing tasks: verify insurance and eligibility, update patient demographics, obtain authorizations, post payments, manage denials and service-to-payment processes, handle faxes and patient contacts, communicate updates to staff, and meet production goals under close supervision.
