Lead full grants lifecycle: research prospects, write proposals and reports, manage compliance and award tracking, maintain donor/CRM records, support fundraising campaigns and donor communications, and collaborate with leadership, finance, program, and marketing teams to advance fundraising strategy.

Perform routine billing and revenue cycle tasks: verify insurance and eligibility, update patient demographics, obtain pre-authorizations, post payments, manage denials and documentation, respond to fax requests, communicate updates to staff, and meet production goals under supervision.

Coordinate incoming referrals, screen clients for program eligibility, schedule intakes, verify insurance, manage waitlists, and connect clients to services and community partners. Track access metrics, ensure documentation and compliance with grant/state/payer requirements, participate in outreach, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support ongoing professional development and licensure requirements.

Provide psychosocial rehabilitative services per Medicaid and individualized care plans; document services, meet productivity expectations, distribute medications, and transport clients as needed.

Provide BCBA clinical supervision and training to RBTs, oversee quality of care and compliance, develop and monitor treatment plans, provide therapy and crisis support, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support operational and fiscal goals.
