Provides advanced service desk support for enterprise applications, workstations, hardware, mobile devices, networks, and collaboration tools. Troubleshoots technical issues, manages Active Directory and Microsoft 365 support, documents incidents in Zendesk, maintains asset inventories, supports security practices and HIPAA compliance, and participates in on-call rotations. The role provides both on-site and remote assistance to employees.

Provides psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to behavioral health clients. Supports individualized care plans and goals, documents services, meets productivity and regulatory standards, distributes medications when needed, and transports clients to appointments. The role requires obtaining Case Manager and CPR certifications after hire, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule.

Lead full grants lifecycle: research prospects, write proposals and reports, manage compliance and award tracking, maintain donor/CRM records, support fundraising campaigns and donor communications, and collaborate with leadership, finance, program, and marketing teams to advance fundraising strategy.

Perform routine billing and revenue cycle tasks: verify insurance and eligibility, update patient demographics, obtain pre-authorizations, post payments, manage denials and documentation, respond to fax requests, communicate updates to staff, and meet production goals under supervision.

Provide BCBA clinical supervision and training to RBTs, oversee quality of care and compliance, develop and monitor treatment plans, provide therapy and crisis support, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support operational and fiscal goals.
