Own and operate a customer pod serving pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Lead AI deployments from pilot to production, manage executive relationships, drive adoption, renewals, and expansion, and hire and develop AI Strategists. Personally oversee high-stakes deployments, advise on AI governance and compliance in regulated environments, translate customer needs into product priorities, and create repeatable deployment playbooks.

Own and scale Valkai’s business operating systems across business operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations, recruiting, planning, and corporate functions. Build reusable playbooks, GTM data and tooling, forecasting processes, AI-native internal automations, hiring systems, company scorecards, and board materials. Partner closely with founders and the AI Strategy team to solve cross-functional problems and improve how the company operates as it grows.

Own Valkai’s product positioning, messaging, and marketing narrative as its first marketing hire. Build product decks, demos, one-pagers, and competitive content; partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales on launches and adoption; conduct customer and competitive research; and inform roadmap, pricing, and packaging. The role requires persuasive storytelling, technical curiosity, outcome ownership, process building, and comfort with ambiguity.

The Product Designer will create user-centered designs for AI solutions in life sciences, collaborating with stakeholders and iterating based on feedback. Responsibilities include simplifying complex workflows, ensuring design quality, and enabling scalable design patterns.

You will lead AI deployments within top pharmaceutical and biotech firms, act as a strategic advisor, and translate customer needs into product requirements.

Own a core product area of a life‑sciences platform: define strategy and roadmap, build 0-to-1 AI-native features with customers, partner with design and engineering, learn users’ regulatory and safety workflows, prioritize work using impact and feasibility, and instrument metrics to measure adoption and ROI.
