Builds community engagement and referral growth for a PACE senior-care program across Alexandria, Fairfax, and Arlington. Develops relationships with healthcare providers, senior housing communities, and local organizations; educates referral sources about PACE; and guides prospective participants through enrollment. Requires healthcare or community outreach experience, knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid, local travel, and a valid driver's license with auto liability insurance.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, pipeline development, and candidate communication. Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture Business Partners across multiple locations, support onboarding handoffs, maintain compliant applicant tracking documentation, and represent the organization’s mission and culture. The role is PRN and supports peak hiring periods, coverage gaps, and special recruiting projects.

Develops and manages continuous quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, audits, reporting, root cause analyses, corrective action plans, and participant-care improvements for a PACE program. Tracks quality indicators and grievances, prepares CMS and state reports, supports surveys, audits charts and care delivery, educates staff, and supervises a Quality Assurance Assistant.

Leads the PACE organization’s strategy, operations, clinical performance, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, participant experience, enrollment growth, workforce development, and community partnerships. Oversees interdisciplinary care delivery for frail older adults, strengthens organizational accountability and survey readiness, manages budgets and performance data, develops leadership teams, and represents the organization with regulators, providers, families, and community stakeholders.

Prepare, serve, and clean up meals and snacks; maintain a clean, safe kitchen; support participant-centered dining; coordinate kitchen workflow during shifts; ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards.
