Lead administration, operations, governance, strategy, quality improvement, performance, and growth of the PACE program. Ensure participant-centered care, interdisciplinary team effectiveness, CMS and state compliance, financial performance, and community partnerships to drive enrollment and mission delivery in the Oklahoma market.

Support MSWs by coordinating community resources, documenting care plans, setting up life-alert systems, scanning records, facilitating family meetings, and assisting with transitions of care and quality initiatives for PACE participants.
