Develop and maintain full-stack command-and-control software for rugged UxS charging infrastructure: build responsive front-end components, backend services/APIs, telemetry pipelines, integrate with tactical C2 systems (ATAK, Lattice, CoT), debug networking issues, collaborate with autonomy and systems teams, and support V&V, testing, and documentation per federal defense standards.

Design and develop PCBs and electronics for wearable smart optics, assemble and test fine-pitch hardware, integrate sensors, write firmware for hardware control, support board bring-up and failure analysis, and collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to move prototypes to field-ready systems.

Provides hands-on legal operations support, including routing legal requests, preparing documents, maintaining contract records, reviewing routine commercial agreements, coordinating signatures, and improving legal intake and document workflows. Supports employment, procurement, compliance, vendor management, and other legal matters while working cross-functionally. Requires strong organization, discretion, contract experience, familiarity with legal systems, and a current or promptly obtainable notary commission.

Lead the end-to-end autonomy stack for aerial and manipulation platforms: perception, state estimation, planning, control, flight-controller integration, robotic arm kinematics and motion planning, sensor-fusion, sim-to-real validation, system integration, testing, and mentoring a small team through prototype bring-up and field deployment.

The Software Engineer will develop ML models, software for embedded systems, and user interfaces, ensuring effective hardware integration and performance.

As a Flight Controls & GNC Engineer, you'll own the GNC stack for a VTOL aircraft, design control laws, and conduct flight tests.

Coordinate product priorities and delivery, translate customer feedback into requirements and tickets, own customer support/escalations, build SOPs and workflows, and create demos, prototypes, automations, and lightweight tools using low-code and AI-assisted platforms to help the team scale.
