Lead shop-level fabrication for modular medical systems: convert engineering designs into manufacturable plans, run shop operations, manage outside contractors, perform welding and sheet-metal assembly, implement quality/inspection processes, establish fabrication workflows, and grow/supervise the internal fabrication team.

Design and engineer modular medical systems, create CAD models, perform structural analysis, collaborate with teams to meet project requirements.
