Plans and executes maritime exercises and military experimentation across theater-level exercises in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area. Develops test plans, design-of-experiments proposals, data collection and analysis plans, operational concepts, briefings, and strategic documents. Coordinates with combatant commands, Joint Staff, senior military leaders, technical experts, and government personnel to integrate experimentation, assess capability gaps, and inform acquisition strategies, tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Supports the Mobilization Director with personnel deployment, redeployment, staffing, administrative coordination, security vetting, candidate follow-up, briefings, documentation, and policy implementation. Processes personnel through DoD and CENTCOM security requirements, assists with CI and SF86 packets, schedules meetings, communicates with government clients and stakeholders, and ensures deployment milestones are completed on time. The role requires flexibility for global time zones, occasional after-hours work, travel, and stressful operational environments.

Provides IT support for classified and unclassified networks, computers, servers, communication systems, and secure video teleconferencing at a Navy warfare center. Resolves hardware and software issues, manages IT assets and user accounts, processes network and equipment changes, supports cybersecurity directives, handles digital certificates and electronic spillages, and serves as an NMCI Trusted Agent and Activity Contract Technical Representative.
