Lead and scale Valatam's remote recruitment function across high-volume and specialized hiring. Own recruitment strategy, team performance, sourcing channels, ATS hygiene, KPI tracking, process improvements, recruiter coaching, candidate quality, and executive reporting to meet hiring targets.

Provide advanced remote administrative support for LATAM-facing executives: manage process documentation and Google Drive, perform data entry and reporting, handle executive correspondence and client/vendor communications, conduct independent research, manage sensitive documents, and execute specialized administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
