Leads project and divisional accounting across construction business lines, ensuring P&L accuracy, financial reporting, revenue recognition, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Manages month-end and year-end close processes, standardizes accounting practices, oversees Business Unit Controllers, and advises divisional and senior leadership. The role requires CPA certification, extensive progressive accounting leadership experience, construction accounting expertise, and proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Own the technical and application side of the InEight construction project controls platform, including configuration, testing, integrations, user support, training, access governance, documentation, and module rollouts. Partner with project managers, business owners, integrations teams, and technology leadership to translate business needs into system requirements and deliver modules through go-live. The role will expand to ownership of additional business applications over time.

Manages financial controls across construction projects, including budgets, forecasts, job costing, WIP reporting, margin analysis, accruals, cash monitoring, risk registers, contract changes, and audit documentation. Partners with project and business leaders, leads cost and monthly review meetings, prepares internal and external reports, and trains project managers on financial processes. Requires construction accounting expertise, knowledge of revenue recognition, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or SAP.
