Lead enterprise-wide corporate and stakeholder communications for major infrastructure projects. Execute brand and marketing strategy, manage media relations, digital and internal communications, and AI-driven content workflows. Oversee marketing materials, budgets, agencies, and mentor the marketing team while supporting business development and proposal efforts.

Provide on-site safety support for a BESS construction project: monitor and enforce site safety plans, facilitate meetings, perform inspections and investigations, coach field staff, report findings and corrective actions, and maintain compliance with applicable legislation and client requirements.

Perform outdoor underground FTTP and utility installation tasks: lay cable, pipe, set pedestals and precast bases, sand trenches, move materials, operate handheld equipment and occasional heavy equipment, read construction drawings, complete paperwork, and follow supervisor directions as part of a team.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR partner embedded in the business to translate goals into people strategies. Advise leaders on talent management, succession planning, recruitment, performance, compensation, employee and labour relations (including union matters and investigations), HR policy and compliance across Canadian jurisdictions, HR analytics, and coordination of resourcing and temporary foreign worker programs.

Provide on-site medical care in a remote camp on a 20/8 rotation: assess and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries, manage disability/modified work, maintain clinic and medication inventory, complete documentation, perform POCT drug and alcohol testing, liaise with Medical Oversight, and support site emergency response and safety initiatives.

Support Hydrovac Operator with safe excavation around underground utilities by handling hoses and equipment, assisting with debris disposal and backfilling, performing basic field paperwork, maintaining tools, and following Alberta OH&S and company safety procedures.

Provide project-based accounting support across the full project lifecycle for transmission and substation projects: set up WBS and cost codes, track and reconcile costs in EcoSys and JDE, support billing and AR, prepare month-end accruals and forecasts, manage change orders and subcontractor invoices, and assist financial closeouts and audit documentation.

Install and fuse natural gas main lines and service connections in residential subdivisions; read construction drawings; perform pressure testing and live tie-ins; liaise with utility inspectors; maintain equipment and calibrations; coordinate materials and schedules; and assist in training new fusion personnel while following safety and compliance standards.

Lead end-to-end delivery of substation (up to 500 kV) and renewable projects across Ontario, owning safety, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder relationships, procurement, construction sequencing, commissioning, and closeout. Manage project financials, Primavera P6 schedules, risk and change management, QA/QC, regulatory compliance, and client reporting while directing site teams and subcontractors.

Operate and maintain directional drilling equipment for telecom installs, place pedestals and cable (underground/overhead), perform site safety checks, complete daily drilling and driver logs, read plans and locates, assist labor tasks, and follow safety procedures in varying weather and confined spaces.
