Design, build, and evaluate company-wide training programs. Assess learning needs, create multimedia materials, deliver and facilitate sessions, manage the LMS and training records, lead and mentor trainers, develop competency frameworks, coordinate scheduling and logistics, and measure program impact while supporting apprenticeship and field-level training.

Provide administrative, procurement, asset and systems support for small tools. Maintain ToolWatch records, process purchase orders and invoices, manage PPE/FR inventory, support reconciliations, reporting, policy and documentation, and coordinate transfers and disposals.

Support Indigenous engagement for the Waasigan Transmission Line and other projects: build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, coordinate with project teams on participation, hiring, procurement and communications, prepare community-facing materials and reporting, track workforce hours/spend, resolve issues, and attend community events and career fairs.
