Develop and manage indirect sourcing strategies across CAPEX, IT, and professional services. Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, cost modeling, supplier agreements, renewals, SLAs, and vendor performance management. Responsibilities include evaluating partnerships, acquisitions, financings, and project opportunities; building valuation and deal models; coordinating diligence; preparing executive, board, and investor materials; managing investor communications and data rooms; conducting market intelligence; and supporting fundraising and capital formation.
