Develops and operates CMM inspection programs in MCOSMOS using Renishaw Revo 5-axis scanning systems. Translates CAD models, engineering drawings, and GD&T into repeatable measurement routines; selects probing strategies, optimizes scan paths, reviews inspection data, supports root-cause investigations and first-article inspections, and maintains equipment, calibration records, and program documentation.

Leads graphite machining production, including scheduling, CNC programming oversight, tooling strategy, quality standards, safety compliance, and team development. Reviews CAM programs and toolpaths, manages abrasive-material tooling wear, coordinates with engineering and quality teams, supports first-article inspections, and drives 5S and continuous improvement. The role also hires, trains, and evaluates machinists and CNC programmers while helping establish scalable machining processes.

Develops and optimizes CNC programs for precision components used in modular nuclear reactor systems. Translates CAD models and engineering drawings into toolpaths, selects tooling and machining parameters, collaborates with machinists to debug programs, provides DFM feedback, maintains program documentation, and supports first-article inspection and process validation. The role requires experience with tight-tolerance machining, CAM software, complex drawings, GD&T, and varied materials.
