Plans and performs complex machining operations using manual and CNC equipment. Sets up and operates lathes, mills, jig borers, grinders, and presses to fabricate parts to blueprint tolerances, uses precision measuring instruments, selects cutting tools, and performs jig, fixture, and tooling work. Reworks, calibrates, suggests process improvements, maintains safety, and completes required reports.
