Designs and supports mechanical valve products and systems for water, wastewater, and industrial applications. Responsibilities include creating 3D models and engineering drawings, performing mechanical calculations, preparing customer-order documentation and BOMs, supporting manufacturing and quality teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving improvements in manufacturability, quality, standardization, and cost reduction.

Supports broad HR operations in a manufacturing environment, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits and payroll support, employee relations, compliance, training, HR metrics, accommodations, investigations, and HRIS administration. Coordinates office and workplace support functions while maintaining confidentiality, employment-law compliance, and positive employee relationships.

Drive regional sales growth and market share for valves in the municipal water/wastewater market. Manage and coach manufacturer’s representatives, influence specifications with engineers and municipalities, support technical sales and quoting, maintain Salesforce forecasts, and represent the company at industry events while meeting revenue and margin targets.

Execute global product strategies for a valve portfolio in North America, driving growth, profitability, launches, sales enablement, documentation, market/customer insight, cross-functional collaboration, product availability, quality resolution, and training for customers and channel partners.
