Sets up and operates lathes, mills, jig borers, grinders, and presses to fabricate parts to blueprint tolerances, uses precision measuring instruments, selects cutting tools, and performs jig, fixture, and tooling work. Reworks, calibrates, suggests process improvements, maintains safety, and completes required reports.

Drive regional sales growth and market share for valve products in the municipal water/wastewater market. Manage and develop manufacturer’s rep firms, influence specifications with engineers and municipalities, support technical presentations and trainings, provide application engineering support, qualify and close opportunities, collaborate on pricing and forecasts, and represent the company at industry events.
