Senior Healthcare Business Analyst responsible for translating clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient-care requirements into Databricks Lakehouse data structures and business logic. The role maps EHR, laboratory, clinical trial, and genomic data; defines pipeline specifications; supports CDISC standardization; and ensures compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, HIPAA, and privacy requirements. It also requires data quality, lineage, auditing, and collaboration with clinicians, researchers, biostatisticians, and engineering teams.

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems and scalable ETL pipelines. Implement data models, work with Hadoop/Spark/PySpark/Kafka, troubleshoot and optimize data systems, and upskill into Databricks and AI/ML projects.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles: source candidates, screen and assess, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring.
