Lead procurement and supplier strategy for development, certification, and industrialization of the Microliner. Build and manage procurement team, drive strategic sourcing, negotiations, contract management, supplier performance, risk mitigation, procurement governance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet cost, quality, schedule, and certification goals.

Lead end-to-end development, integration, testing, certification, and industrialisation of an electric propulsion system. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, suppliers, cross-functional teams, and provide status reporting to stakeholders.

Lead structural, stress, and thermomechanical FEA for propulsion battery packs and PDUs. Build and correlate nonlinear and temperature-dependent models, assess fatigue, creep, and thermal runaway coupled responses, automate workflows (Python/MATLAB), provide stress sign-off, define modelling standards, support testing and certification documentation for CS-23 aircraft propulsion battery systems.

Design and iterate multilayer PCB layouts for high-voltage propulsion and power-distribution systems. Define stack-ups, controlled-impedance, ECAD-MCAD co-design, apply IPC and aerospace high-voltage rules, produce fabrication/assembly packages, perform DRC/LVS, collaborate with engineers and manufacturers, and manage configuration and supplier qualification.

Lead development and validation of battery state observers, estimators, and predictors (SoF/SoC/SoH/SoP/SoE/SoB) for lithium-ion propulsion systems. Build and parameterize multi‑RC and thermal/aging models, implement Kalman/particle/ML estimators, develop mission-aware predictors and RUL models, ensure DAL B functional-safety and ED-289/ED-309 compliance, support real-time embedded implementation and HiL validation, and drive verification, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Design, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes and tooling for high-voltage battery modules/packs. Lead equipment specification and automation implementation, support transition from manual to automated production, ensure aerospace compliance and safety, create process documentation and training, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma, and collaborate with design, testing, operations, vendors, and contractors.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and related technical projects: translate business needs into scalable system solutions, manage integrations (PLM, future MES), data migration, testing, user adoption, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, project performance tracking, and continuous improvement of project management practices.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare materials and minutes, handle confidential documents, liaise with stakeholders in English and German, organize logistics and occasional transport, and ensure smooth day-to-day CEO office operations.

Lead and build the finance function for a capital-intensive aerospace scale-up. Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial governance, KPI frameworks, and scalable finance systems. Advise executive team on capital allocation and financial strategy.

Lead design, integration, and certification of mechanical and electrically actuated flight control systems. Lead development, management, and execution of HiL and Power HiL test rigs and campaigns for electric propulsion systems, focusing on BMS integration. Own test assets, design rigs and test software, collaborate across software/mechanical/electrical teams, ensure safety and calibration, and produce test reports supporting R&D and certification.

Support design, integration, and testing of an electric propulsion powerplant. Draft specifications, translate requirements into CAD designs, assist procurement and supplier discussions, and analyze propulsion test data while working with the propulsion team.

Lead definition and implementation of end-to-end quality, compliance, and HSE processes across shopfloor to regulators. Build and harmonize QMS (ERP/MES integration), manage audits and CAPA, ensure supplier quality, and interface with customers and authorities to maintain aerospace certifications (AS/EN9100).
