Lead structural, stress, and thermomechanical FEA for electric aircraft propulsion battery packs and PDUs. Develop nonlinear material, contact, fatigue, creep, durability, thermal runaway, and environmental qualification models. Automate Abaqus workflows with Python and validate results through testing. Apply aerospace material allowables and certification standards, define analysis methods and acceptance criteria, provide stress sign-off, and author certification evidence in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
