Design and develop mechanical systems for fully electric CS-23 aircraft across the complete development lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements definition, functional analysis, architecture, interface management, supplier collaboration, safety assessments, integration, verification, testing, and certification. The role focuses on systems such as environmental control, landing gear, ice protection, and interiors, while coordinating closely with aircraft design, structures, propulsion, and other engineering teams.

Design and iterate multilayer PCB layouts for high-voltage propulsion and power-distribution systems. Define stack-ups, controlled-impedance, ECAD-MCAD co-design, apply IPC and aerospace high-voltage rules, produce fabrication/assembly packages, perform DRC/LVS, collaborate with engineers and manufacturers, and manage configuration and supplier qualification.

Lead development and validation of battery state observers, estimators, and predictors (SoF/SoC/SoH/SoP/SoE/SoB) for lithium-ion propulsion systems. Build and parameterize multi‑RC and thermal/aging models, implement Kalman/particle/ML estimators, develop mission-aware predictors and RUL models, ensure DAL B functional-safety and ED-289/ED-309 compliance, support real-time embedded implementation and HiL validation, and drive verification, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
