Reports to the Master or Staff Captain and works on a two-month-on, two-month-off contract.

Commands the cruise sailing yacht and oversees navigation, vessel safety, security, environmental compliance, emergency response, crew leadership, guest and hotel operations, maintenance, budgets, documentation, inspections, and regulatory adherence.
