Provide safety and security at UVA Community Health facilities: perform patrols and security checks, control patient/visitor and vehicular traffic, respond to incidents, enforce laws and facility policies, operate patrol vehicles, complete reports and radio/telephone communications, maintain required certifications and training, and perform physical tasks including lifting and use of safety equipment.

Lead Sonographer mentors and coordinates sonography staff, performs diagnostic and vascular ultrasound exams, ensures quality control, compliance, patient safety, assists with orientation and performance evaluations, supports workflow and on-call coverage, and travels between facilities as needed.

Support execution of multiple high-priority projects across the Growth & Development team: maintain project inventories and task trackers, develop schedules, coordinate meetings, produce status reports, manage project materials and data reporting, follow up on action items, identify and communicate risks, and support site visit coordination. Use reporting tools and Microsoft Office to keep stakeholders informed and ensure projects meet deadlines.
