Administers health, welfare, retirement, leave, reimbursement, and other employee benefit programs. Supports open enrollment, new-hire orientations, claims and appeals, employee inquiries, benefit communications, HRIS and payroll reporting, audits, and vendor coordination. Manages leave and reimbursement programs while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of benefits activities. Provides guidance to employees and leaders and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Performs financial reporting, accounting and transactional analysis, net revenue and accounts receivable reserve analysis, cash collections analysis, audit coordination, financial surveys, month-end close activities, and annual budgeting support. The role also develops ad hoc reports, evaluates internal controls, reconciles financial data, and provides quality assurance and reporting analysis across departments.

Manage healthcare facilities capital projects from initiation through closeout: create RFPs, manage budgets and schedules, oversee vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor project managers, conduct OAC and closeout meetings, and coordinate handoffs to Facilities.
