Provides comprehensive body imaging interpretation across radiography, CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopic exams, and nonvascular image-guided procedures. Participates in tumor boards, consultations, call coverage, quality improvement, protocol development, peer review, workflow optimization, and recruitment initiatives. Requires fellowship training in body imaging, diagnostic radiology board certification or eligibility, an MD or DO degree, and eligibility for Virginia medical licensure.

Serves as the in-house administrative representative and nursing resource for patients, staff, physicians, and visitors. Coordinates patient care through delegation, problem-solving, and time management; collaborates with physicians and leaders to improve care processes, patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and the work environment. Requires current RN licensure, at least five years of nursing experience, and the ability to travel between facilities as needed.

Work with radiologists to obtain high-quality ultrasound images and provide patient-centered care. Perform diagnostic sonography across all age groups, operate and maintain equipment, follow safety and infection-control protocols, communicate procedures to patients, prioritize workflow, and ensure image quality and documentation. Support team processes and compliance with OSHA and department policies.
