Provide patient care and support under RN supervision including vitals, phlebotomy, safety attendant duties, room turnaround, supply management, infection control, and clerical tasks during night PRN shifts.

Provides direct patient care and support under RN supervision, including phlebotomy, clerical tasks, room turnover, supply stocking, and safety attendant duties. Follows infection control and facility policies, documents patient information, and assists with patient mobility and procedures within scope of certification.

Supervise and lead ambulatory nursing staff (20+ FTE), coordinate clinical operations, ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance, provide direct nursing care as needed, validate competencies, support staff development, and implement organizational goals with the Clinic Administrator.
