Produce coordinated, buildable Revit models and construction documentation, manage BIM coordination with structural, MEP and interiors, develop families and detail libraries, perform technical reviews, and mentor junior BIM staff. Support tender and construction phases, ensure constructability, and collaborate on material specifications and procurement inputs.

Model and coordinate MEP systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels using BIM/CAD tools. Produce schematic through tender drawings and formal submissions, select equipment, ensure code compliance, participate in value-engineering, and collaborate with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, FF&E and client reps. Deliver intermediate results weekly and attend daily team meetings.

Manage end-to-end FF&E supply chain for a luxury hospitality project in Brazil: oversee factory production and QC (Brazil & Europe), inbound logistics, Prea storage, and final-mile delivery into Jericoacoara. Coordinate loading/unloading, equipment rental, inventory, documentation, compliance, and installation oversight while working closely with interior designers, construction teams, vendors, and installers in remote-access conditions.

Lead end-to-end procurement of Operating Supplies & Equipment for ultra-luxury hospitality projects, aligning with design and operations. Manage sourcing, supplier negotiation, budgeting, international logistics and customs, inventory, installation, and pre-opening handover—often for remote or complex sites.
