Lead daily reporting and documentation for a luxury residential construction project in Barcelona. Collect site inspection data, maintain records (RFIs, CVIs, NCRs, HSE notices), ensure compliance with codes and safety, support site engineers, attend meetings, and drive process improvements using construction software.

Lead concept-to-schematic design for high-end hospitality projects. Conduct feasibility studies, volumetric and massing proposals, develop Revit models and sketches, coordinate with structural/MEP/AOR and CGI/FF&E teams, mentor junior staff, and deliver weekly intermediate results across RIBA stages 1–3 (primary) and advisory support in later stages.

Model and coordinate MEP systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels using BIM/CAD tools. Produce schematic through tender drawings and formal submissions, select equipment, ensure code compliance, participate in value-engineering, and collaborate with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, FF&E and client reps. Deliver intermediate results weekly and attend daily team meetings.
