Prepare detailed construction cost estimates, bills of quantities, budgets, schedules, procurement documentation, progress reports, and contract variations. Review contractor and supplier proposals, quote project resources, analyze costs, and resolve cost or contract disputes. The role focuses primarily on AACE Class 3 and 2 estimates for high-end hospitality and residential construction projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary design and construction teams.

Manage daily construction reporting, site documentation, inspection records, compliance tracking, and progress reporting for a luxury accommodation project. Collect data from site engineers, maintain project plans and records, track changes and corrective actions, improve operational processes, and support site leadership and high-level meetings. The role requires construction industry knowledge, familiarity with luxury residential projects, local building codes, construction software, and English communication skills.

Conducts initial and as-built construction surveys across international luxury development projects. Verifies built conditions against architectural drawings, engineering plans, BIM models, and specifications; identifies deviations; prepares technical reports and progress documentation; supports quality control; and coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and third-party surveying providers. Requires frequent international travel and independent work across multiple project locations.
