Manage warehouse receiving, inventory accuracy, procurement, supplier coordination, order tracking, and urgent deliveries for a yacht program in La Ciotat. The role works closely with yacht crew, engineering, and shore-side operations to anticipate needs, maintain supply continuity, negotiate with vendors, and respond to time-sensitive requests, including occasional weekends.

Lead on-site construction delivery for a luxury boutique hotel in Dubai. Oversee site activities, inspections, quality control, safety and regulatory compliance, schedules, resources, procurement, budgets, subcontractors, and labor teams. Coordinate between the site and remote project stakeholders, resolve technical and logistical challenges, and support the Head of Construction in project decisions and delivery.

Manages daily construction reporting, site documentation, inspection records, compliance tracking, RFIs, variations, HSE notices, and corrective actions for a luxury accommodation project in Dubai. Coordinates with Site Engineers to collect progress, materials, safety, workforce, and delay information. Supports site leadership, process improvement, technical documentation, meetings, and strategic decisions while ensuring adherence to building codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
