Lead end-to-end procurement of Operating Supplies & Equipment for ultra-luxury hospitality projects, aligning with design and operations. Manage sourcing, supplier negotiation, budgeting, international logistics and customs, inventory, installation, and pre-opening handover—often for remote or complex sites.

Lead technical development of boutique hospitality projects from RIBA Stage 3 through construction. Produce coordinated, buildable Revit models and documentation, manage BIM coordination with structural/MEP/interiors, develop families and detail libraries, resolve multidisciplinary issues, supervise junior BIM staff, and support tender and construction documentation while ensuring constructability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
