Remote graduate trainee role for NYSC Corps Members supporting lead generation, prospect engagement, follow-ups, sales activities, and business development. The position provides sales training, coaching, mentorship, CRM exposure, and practical customer engagement experience. Candidates must be serving in Lagos, seeking PPA placement, sales-driven, proactive, persuasive, communicative, and equipped with a personal laptop and reliable internet.

Drive revenue for Utiva training programs by converting prospective learners into paying customers, managing sales pipelines, conducting consultations and webinars, and pursuing upselling, referrals, partnerships, and corporate training opportunities. Maintain CRM records and revenue forecasts while collaborating with Marketing, Training, and Customer Success. High performers will coach other advisors, improve sales processes, and eventually lead a revenue team.

Support day-to-day accounting tasks including recordkeeping, reconciliations, documentation, tracking transactions, and assisting with preparation of financial reports while supporting the Finance team on assigned projects and tasks.
