Manage inbound calls from customers, landlords, and new occupants regarding moves, account closures, service transfers, cancellations, and retention. Provide attentive customer service, recommend appropriate products, meet call-handling and adherence KPIs, achieve sales and retention targets, complete callbacks, and participate in training and team activities.

Leads engineering teams responsible for operational systems supporting customer journeys, billing, payments, collections, and customer service. Owns technical strategy, architecture, build-versus-buy decisions, AI and agentic services, delivery standards, SLOs, budgets, resource planning, and engineering leadership. Partners with operations, product, commercial, finance, and support leaders to align roadmaps with business priorities while improving system resilience, team performance, and customer impact.

Lead a small engineering squad by setting technical direction, driving delivery and operational excellence, managing risks, and aligning work with company goals. Coach and develop engineers, support hiring and performance reviews, collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, improve engineering practices, and maintain security, service-level objectives, team culture, and budget accountability.

Lead an autonomous engineering squad alongside a Product Manager, owning technical decisions, delivery planning, operational excellence, security and SLOs. Set goals, prioritize work, manage risks, coach and develop engineers, support hiring and performance reviews, communicate strategy and progress, and collaborate with UX, Data, and senior stakeholders. The role also drives technical quality, team culture, budgeting, and continuous improvement across complex energy-related products.
