Lead a small engineering squad by setting technical direction, driving delivery and operational excellence, managing risks, and aligning work with company goals. Coach and develop engineers, support hiring and performance reviews, collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, improve engineering practices, and maintain security, service-level objectives, team culture, and budget accountability.

Lead an autonomous engineering squad alongside a Product Manager, owning technical decisions, delivery planning, operational excellence, security and SLOs. Set goals, prioritize work, manage risks, coach and develop engineers, support hiring and performance reviews, communicate strategy and progress, and collaborate with UX, Data, and senior stakeholders. The role also drives technical quality, team culture, budgeting, and continuous improvement across complex energy-related products.
