Design, deploy, and operate production ML models (Churn, Next Best Action), build customer segmentation and xLTV models, productionise models with Data Engineering, monitor for drift, optimise latency, run A/B tests, and enable GenAI/RAG applications and stakeholder translation.

Define the one-year data roadmap and KPIs, build the data warehouse and AI infrastructure (including chatbots/agentic AI), enable self-serve data tools, design complex features and APIs, lead multi-quarter deliveries, align stakeholders and present to senior leadership, and guide data modeling and integrations across squads.

Own the motor insurance product strategy and performance. Define roadmaps with Product and Engineering, ensure regulatory governance and annual reviews, manage insurer contracts and SLAs, analyze sales/claims data to inform decisions, and act as final escalation for complex complaints and FOS disputes.
