Manages transportation services for assigned customers by coordinating independent delivery contractors, route coverage, customer requirements, service issues, driver payments, and account margins. Builds client and contractor relationships, verifies contractor capabilities, provides orientation, monitors contractual and delivery standards, resolves scanning or mobile issues, audits reports, and adjusts routes and settlements. Requires local travel, occasional lifting, schedule flexibility, and a valid driver’s license with a clean, functional vehicle.

Leads corporate accounting and controllership, including close, consolidated financial reporting, US GAAP compliance, technical accounting, internal controls, audits, tax coordination, payroll oversight, and accounting team development. Partners cross-functionally on financial operations governance, ERP selection and implementation, process automation, forecasting, lender reporting, acquisitions, financing, and transaction diligence. Ensures accurate, scalable, and well-controlled accounting processes and supports executive decision-making.

Reviews delivery metrics and audits, communicates route changes, troubleshoots mobile-app issues, and ensures contractors meet customer and contractual requirements. The role is home-based with substantial travel to customer locations and may require additional hours, weekends, and holidays.
