USPack Benefits Overview

Leads the organization’s strategic and operational HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and leadership development. Partners with executives to align human capital strategy with business objectives, oversees HR staff and operations, manages employment law compliance, and supports a consistent, accountable workplace culture across multi-site logistics operations.

Processes and reviews independent contractor contracts and compliance documentation, conducts MVR and background checks, maintains contractor records, enters data, assigns vendor numbers, and prepares reports. Communicates with operations teams and contractor applicants regarding contracting requirements and related inquiries. The role requires accuracy, organization, customer service, analytical ability, computer proficiency, and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
