The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will design, implement, and oversee campaigns for mid-market and enterprise accounts, aligning marketing with sales objectives and analyzing performance for ROI.

Own and execute the end-to-end email marketing program in HubSpot: build workflows, segment lists, maintain data hygiene, write and A/B test email copy, track performance metrics, manage the campaign calendar, monitor deliverability, and collaborate with Sales, Design, and Content to improve engagement.

Own full customer lifecycle for B2B SaaS accounts: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiating contracts, managing expansions and churn mitigation. Build executive relationships, execute account plans, meet pipeline and booking targets, partner with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.

Manage a focused portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive adoption, retention and growth. Build executive relationships, create strategic success plans, lead business reviews, monitor health signals, own renewal readiness, identify expansion opportunities, and represent customer insights cross-functionally.

Own and evolve Userpilot's agent platform: build runtime orchestration, hybrid retrieval, tool grounding, durable AI workflows, eval/observability and cost accounting, and ensure production reliability, spec-driven development, and cross-team architectural standards for agentic features.

Lead architecture and reliability for a distributed, real-time product platform. Own system design, incident response, infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes), observability, CI/CD quality gates, and documentation to enable safe agent-assisted development across squads.

Full‑stack engineer building end-to-end features across a React/TypeScript dashboard, embeddable JavaScript SDK, and Elixir/Phoenix real‑time back end. Work includes LLM-driven product features, streaming responses, real‑time pipelines (Kafka, ClickHouse, RabbitMQ), agentic development infra, performance optimization, and spec-driven implementation and code review.
