Supports regional HR operations through high-volume HRIS data entry, employee record maintenance, onboarding, offboarding, I-9 and certification compliance, and service request management. Serves as a key contact for field managers and employees, coordinates with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and Compliance, and contributes to HR projects and process improvements. The role is hybrid, with onsite training and regular office presence afterward.

Manages IT support services, security, backups, hardware, software, user accounts, ticketing, and technology assets across multiple clinics. Leads and mentors a small IT team, resolves technical issues, supports meetings and conferences, improves IT processes, and participates in clinic openings and acquisitions. Requires travel between local and non-local clinics, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, project management ability, and desktop support experience.

Support preparation of SEC filings and company-wide consolidations, maintain disclosure and audit schedules, assist SOX and audit deliverables, analyze variances, research accounting issues, manage employee equity administration, and support process improvements and reporting platform transition.

Lead corporate accounting and consolidation functions including month/quarter/year-end close, consolidated financial statements (GAAP/IFRS), policy and control development, auditor relations, financial systems implementation, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
