Provide support to physical therapists in an outpatient orthopedic clinic by assisting with patient care, administering hot/cold packs, maintaining therapy equipment, and keeping the clinic clean and organized while delivering friendly, patient-focused service.

Manage and secure a large-scale, multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment (125+ tenants). Administer Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune; implement security, compliance, automation, and tenant standardization; collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams to maintain HIPAA-compliant, highly available environments.

Provide exercise-based support to patients in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, deliver personalized training and rehabilitation under clinician supervision, maintain strong patient communication and rapport, and participate in ongoing training and clinic workflows.
