Teams at US Physical Therapy

Provides leadership and administrative support for a physical therapy clinic front office. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling care, answering phones, collecting demographics and insurance information, coordinating referrals and charts, obtaining treatment authorizations, collecting copays and balances, supporting billing, and maintaining strong patient, physician, and staff relationships.

Manages IT support services, security, backups, hardware, software, user accounts, ticketing, and technology assets across multiple clinics. Leads and mentors a small IT team, resolves technical issues, supports meetings and conferences, improves IT processes, and participates in clinic openings and acquisitions. Requires travel between local and non-local clinics, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, project management ability, and desktop support experience.

Supports the EDI department and therapy clinics by completing payer enrollments, tracking submissions, answering help desk requests, reviewing claim rejections, and resolving technical issues involving ANSI 837P and 837I formats. Documents and monitors support tickets, identifies claim trends, reports issues to management, and protects patient and company information. The role also provides medical billing support and assists with departmental projects and coverage.
