Perform daily bank reconciliations, investigate transactional discrepancies, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, month-end reports, audit support, and ad hoc financial analyses. Manage intermodal customer freight from origin to delivery: process orders, update shipment data in Alliance OS, coordinate with rail/dray vendors, ensure compliance with customer requirements, resolve shipment issues, ensure timely pickups/deliveries, and train team members.

Reviews, audits, and processes transportation billing and accessorial charges for accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing. Manages carrier and customer disputes, monitors accessorial spending, develops KPI and financial reports, identifies cost-saving opportunities, supports contract negotiations, maintains documentation, and improves billing processes through SOPs, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reviews, audits, and processes transportation billing and accessorial charges. Coordinate customer freight across intermodal, highway, drayage, transload, and over-the-road transportation. Manage accounts, quotes, shipment tracking, carrier relationships, dispatch, market pricing, billing, proof-of-delivery documentation, customer portals, and TMS/CRM records. The role is on-site in Buffalo, NY and requires strong communication, customer service, computer, negotiation, and logistics coordination skills.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable API integrations and security; documents endpoints and data models; configures business systems; integrates AI tools; debugs and resolves incidents; provides second-level support and collaborates with users, vendors, and technical teams.

Analyzes intermodal transportation markets, customer demand, pricing, lane profitability, network utilization, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Develops dashboards, reports, forecasts, business cases, proposals, and customer materials. Supports sales and business development teams with market intelligence and customer research, collaborates across operations, finance, and supply chain, tracks KPIs, analyzes contract pricing impacts, and maintains CRM records.
