Leads transportation safety and compliance programs for drivers and equipment. Responsibilities include managing ELDs, telematics, DOT drug testing, driver qualification files, inspections, accident investigations, corrective actions, CSA reporting, insurance audits, credentials, TMS records, and IFTA/IRP compliance. The role builds a positive safety culture, delivers training, supports onboarding, and ensures adherence to federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Analyzes intermodal transportation markets, customer demand, pricing, lane profitability, network utilization, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Develops dashboards, reports, forecasts, business cases, proposals, and customer materials. Supports sales and business development teams with market intelligence and customer research, collaborates across operations, finance, and supply chain, tracks KPIs, analyzes contract pricing impacts, and maintains CRM records.

The Intermodal Business Coordinator manages intermodal freight operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, resolving shipment issues, and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients.
