Own revenue growth across the Portland/Vancouver territory by identifying strategic partnerships, leading events and field sales, recruiting and developing Field Sales Representatives, managing the sales pipeline, and controlling territory expenses. The role requires relationship building, direct selling, team leadership, independent time management, and frequent regional travel in a remote-first environment. Compensation includes uncapped commissions and performance-based incentives.

Researches and writes accurate, accessible content on firearms, Second Amendment issues, self-defense law, constitutional rights, and public policy. Translates complex legal developments into articles, analyses, guides, interviews, newsletters, social posts, video scripts, and other multimedia formats. Conducts expert interviews, verifies legal and factual sources, maintains editorial standards, collaborates with legal and content teams, and meets deadlines in a fast-paced editorial environment.

Drive membership sales and facility partnerships through seminars, workshops, gun shows, outdoor sporting events, licensing classes, shooting ranges, and gun stores. Deliver public presentations explaining U.S. LawShield’s services, support member education and safety events, and build awareness with industry partners. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, commission-based compensation, and potential advancement to full-time employment.

Build and lead marketing analytics capabilities, including executive Power BI dashboards, KPI frameworks, funnel and customer analysis, attribution models, CRM and lead lifecycle reporting, and multi-channel performance measurement. Analyze acquisition, conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and marketing ROI, then translate findings into recommendations that guide marketing strategy and investment. Partner closely with Marketing leadership and establish scalable analytics processes from the ground up.

Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Create and schedule written, visual, and short-form video content; manage communities and customer interactions; monitor trends and platform algorithms; track engagement, reach, and conversions; and produce analytics-driven recommendations to improve brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and marketing ROI.

Leads accounting operations in an Assistant Controller capacity, owning month-end close, reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, documentation, and process improvement. Manages accounting staff and cross-functional initiatives, supports Zuora Revenue reconciliation, coordinates audits, and provides senior judgment on GAAP, revenue recognition, consolidations, reserves, and intercompany accounting.
