Teams at U.S. LawShield

Conduct multi-state legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, legislation, firearms, self-defense, and related topics. Draft research memoranda, legal summaries, state law updates, articles, FAQs, and educational curriculum. Monitor legal developments, verify authoritative sources and citations, edit materials, maintain research documentation, and perform quality-control reviews for accuracy and consistency.

Represents U.S. LawShield at gun shows across an assigned territory, engaging attendees, explaining membership benefits, handling objections, enrolling members, and meeting conversion goals. Manages booth setup, event execution, vendor and promoter relationships, follow-up, and customer feedback. Requires extensive Thursday-Sunday travel, frequent overnight stays, independent work, physical stamina, reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license.

Deliver presentations at firearms ranges, stores, training facilities, gun shows, and other events; answer questions, overcome objections, guide prospects toward enrollment decisions, process memberships, and represent U.S. LawShield professionally. The role is part-time with flexible scheduling, primarily on weekends and weekdays, and offers commission-based earnings, training, and paid Property & Casualty licensing.
