Manage customer orders and manufacturing projects from inception through shipment. Responsibilities include project planning, coordinating resources, tracking delivery dates, processing purchase orders, ordering materials, managing order changes, maintaining customer files, addressing customer questions and complaints, monitoring warehouse inventory, presenting project updates, and resolving issues. The role requires frequent collaboration with customers, sales representatives, management, and internal manufacturing teams.

Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue within assigned territories and accounts. Identify and close new business, maintain distribution, manage pipeline, collaborate with design for custom packaging, conduct client meetings and on-site visits, and monitor market and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies.

Supervise 2–30 employees to produce quality corrugated products safely and productively. Oversee daily manufacturing operations, safety, quality, waste control, inventory, maintenance coordination, training, union interactions, and departmental budgeting. Conduct meetings, enforce policies, and support continuous improvement.
