Lead HCM business analysis for payroll, HR, and time systems (Workday/UKG). Gather and document requirements, analyze gaps, design solutions, support implementations, perform light testing, and coordinate stakeholders and vendors.

Develop, maintain, and administer enterprise BI reports and data services. Provide 2nd-tier support, troubleshoot incidents, design data pipelines, create visualizations, enforce governance, document solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Work as a Data Architect splitting time between Workday integration development (simple, supportable integrations) and data platform/data warehouse work for a larger DW project.

Design and implement retail POS and backend solutions using Java/Spring/microservices on Azure. Lead Xstore POS implementations (v17+), create BRDs/FRDs, technical/business process diagrams, and BI Publisher reports. Work in Agile/DevOps environments and use Eclipse, Jira, Confluence, WebSphere/JBoss, Oracle DB, and tuning practices.

Design, build, and maintain data structures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data products. Support operational data processes, performance tuning, data governance, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. Mentor junior staff and improve data platform quality and accessibility.

Manage and optimize programmatic display campaigns (e.g., Amazon DSP), build media plans and KPIs, analyze large datasets to generate client recommendations, lead client calls, produce performance reports with market/competitive insights, and coordinate product launches with internal and client teams.

Plan, budget, oversee, and document medium-sized eCommerce projects using Les Schwab PMLC. Create detailed project plans, manage resources, budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate kick-offs, procure resources, track financials, and report status. Apply appropriate methodologies (waterfall, agile, Scrum), support continuous improvement, and mentor with moderate supervision.

Analyze and configure Workday and Adaptive financial modules (Finance/Procurement/AP/AR/Budgeting). Lead project work: requirements gathering, process redesign, system configuration, integrations, and testing to support finance operations.

Design, develop, and govern enterprise solutions; provide level 2/3 operational support and incident resolution; define solution architecture and standards; engage stakeholders and vendors; mentor teammates and pursue professional development.
