Support projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout, including reviewing RFIs, submittals, schedules, and contract documents while coordinating with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Leads national and regional rail and transit market growth through strategic planning, business development, sales, client relationship management, and executive oversight of major programs. Builds project pipelines, pursues partnerships and M&A opportunities, guides proposals and client presentations, and coordinates resources for effective project delivery. Represents the firm with clients, civic leaders, industry organizations, and professional associations while driving revenue, sales performance, and strategic alignment.

Manages, analyzes, and reports capital project data and performance indicators for transit projects. Develops dashboards and ad-hoc reports covering budgets, expenditures, schedules, cash flows, and project outcomes. Performs report quality control, validates project plans, applies financial controls, and translates business requirements into interactive data solutions. Uses Power BI, DAX, SQL Server, T-SQL, and advanced Excel, with Python data analysis and SharePoint experience preferred.

Provides on-site administrative and technical support for construction project teams. Responsibilities include processing change orders, maintaining project records, preparing meeting minutes, reviewing payment requests, tracking RFIs and submittals, managing document control, and assisting with construction estimates. The role requires extensive construction project experience, field documentation expertise, strong communication skills, and NICET Level III certification or an approved equivalent.

Manage transportation highway design projects from concept through final design and construction. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, plan schedules, oversee design computations and documentation, review deliverables, and ensure quality control. Responsibilities also include project budgeting, client management, business development, technical proposal writing, industry representation, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires transportation design, permitting, project management, New Jersey regulatory and agency experience, and a New Jersey Professional Engineer license.
