Responsibilities include business development, executive client relationships, strategic pursuits, P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, operations, talent development, and regional expansion. The leader partners with technical teams, oversees major projects and client accounts, and represents the firm with public agencies, municipalities, transit organizations, airport authorities, and industry groups.

Paid internship opportunity with Urban Engineers, a multidisciplinary planning, design, environmental, and construction support consulting firm. Manage transportation highway design projects from concept through final design and construction. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, plan schedules, oversee design computations and documentation, review deliverables, and ensure quality control. Responsibilities also include project budgeting, client management, business development, technical proposal writing, industry representation, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires transportation design, permitting, project management, New Jersey regulatory and agency experience, and a New Jersey Professional Engineer license.
