Provides on-site administrative and technical support for construction project teams. Responsibilities include processing change orders, maintaining project records, preparing meeting minutes, reviewing payment requests, tracking RFIs and submittals, managing document control, and assisting with construction estimates. The role requires extensive construction project experience, field documentation expertise, strong communication skills, and NICET Level III certification or an approved equivalent.

Manage transportation highway design projects from concept through final design and construction. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, plan schedules, oversee design computations and documentation, review deliverables, and ensure quality control. Responsibilities also include project budgeting, client management, business development, technical proposal writing, industry representation, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires transportation design, permitting, project management, New Jersey regulatory and agency experience, and a New Jersey Professional Engineer license.
