The Overnight ER Liaison coordinates communication between clients, patients, and the medical team in an emergency setting. Responsibilities include presenting treatment estimates, managing patient updates, facilitating discharges, and assisting with medical tasks and client support.

Greet and support pet owners and referring veterinarians in person and by phone, collect and maintain accurate client and patient records, triage calls, assist with paperwork and financial options, recognize emergencies, and support clients through difficult decisions. Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, team-oriented veterinary hospital.

Serve as the first point of contact for pet owners and referring veterinarians by phone or in person. Provide excellent client service, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment, handle scheduling and communications, and use computers for day-to-day operations. Must work flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and clinical systems; configure, image, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and endpoints; troubleshoot via help-desk tickets; manage user accounts and permissions; support Vocera devices and medical technology integrations; perform patching, updates, asset lifecycle management, onboarding, security/compliance tasks, disaster recovery, and participate in an on-call rotation.
