Coordinate retailer launches and account operations across major retail partners; manage item setup, PO/replenishment, inventory flow, and retailer portals; build operational trackers, automations, and AI-assisted workflows; proactively identify and resolve operational risks while coordinating cross-functionally to improve reliability and scalability of wholesale operations.

Produce short-form, performance-driven video content for Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and social channels. Edit creator and product footage into high-converting ads, source B-roll/stock, design thumbnails and social graphics, manage assets in Frame.io, track work in ClickUp, follow naming and organization standards, and iterate based on performance data.

Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL integrations (BigQuery, Fivetran, dbt). Design automations (n8n/Zapier/Make), ensure data quality and system reliability, document workflows, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and translate business needs into scalable systems to eliminate manual work.

Hands-on active sourcer responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates across functions using advanced Boolean searches and multiple sourcing channels, managing pipelines, writing outbound messaging, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to move qualified candidates into the recruiting workflow.
