Leads a distributed customer experience and fulfillment organization supporting approximately 20,000 monthly interactions. Owns support performance, fulfillment SLAs, returns, refunds, partner accountability, reporting, and operational improvement. Develops managers and frontline teams while building AI-first automation across Shopify, Gorgias, Yuma, and related tools to scale service efficiently without sacrificing customer experience.

Own purchasing, demand planning, logistics coordination, and product data to maintain inventory health, improve forecasting, prevent stockouts/overstock, and build scalable supply chain systems and processes for an ecommerce business.

Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL integrations (BigQuery, Fivetran, dbt). Design automations (n8n/Zapier/Make), ensure data quality and system reliability, document workflows, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and translate business needs into scalable systems to eliminate manual work.
