Provides remote and occasional onsite technical support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, business applications, hardware, and end users. Manages Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, NTFS permissions, Group Policy, basic servers, networks, and firewalls. Provisions PCs, resolves hardware and software issues, documents tickets and client configurations, coordinates with vendors, participates in on-call rotation, and mentors L1 analysts.

Provide advanced end-user, hardware, and server support for clients including MS365/Exchange, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), Veeam backups, Active Directory and Group Policy administration, networking/firewall/VPN troubleshooting, LOB application support, documentation, ticketing, and on-call rotations with both remote and onsite work.

Hunt and generate new IT services business across Dallas–Fort Worth through prospecting, networking, events and inbound lead management. Qualify opportunities, manage deals from contact to close, coordinate technical assessments and handoffs, and maintain CRM records while meeting sales and activity targets.
