Own day-to-day success for a portfolio of managed IT clients. Serve as the primary relationship owner, lead recurring meetings and technology reviews, build roadmaps and budgets, recommend risk-reducing solutions, manage account sales pipelines in ConnectWise Manage, support onboarding and assessments, and coordinate resolution of service, billing, and vendor issues.

The role requires hands-on IT knowledge, client relationship management, business communication, and sales capability.

Provides senior-level end-user, hardware, server, networking, and application support for managed-service clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows systems, firewalls, VPNs, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, Veeam backups, and business applications. The role maintains technical documentation, manages tickets and escalations, supports client sites, coordinates vendors, trains junior analysts, and participates in 24/7 on-call rotations.
